The week of July 8 (subject to change) the Corps will begin a controlled demolition and removal of the Monongahela River Locks and Dam 3 (L/D 3, Elizabeth). The controlled demolition will involve explosives, which will restrict navigation activities in the vicinity of L/D 3.
